Locked out of Duo
Hey all, First time poster here, helping a friend with a DUO. I set this up for him over 3 yrs ago and now he tells me he can't get in (since he moved and changed routers) and he doesn't have a ...

thank you for the confirmation and additional instructions. I have successfully performed the OS Re-install. I have a 3TB external USB drive and want to immediately backup the data he has.
Next biggest question.
Backup via CIFS over my network or try out this backup button on the unit (as I have never done it)? I have a fresh WD 3TB external drive. I can only guess that if I use the backup via the on NAS button that the NAS formats to something you can only read the backup via the NAS device in the future. (vs the network I can format NTFS and he can use backup any PC without the need for the NAS?)
(I know I can do some digging on this, but chances are it will be a few days before I get back to this task - I have 3 double shifts in a row after Monday)
