Login and password recovery
Hi, I've had a new laptop as my old one died. It had my log in details on there and now have completely forgot log in user name and password and password recovery question and answer are not working.... can anyone help? Many thanks

If you are referring to the login and password of the NAS, you can do an OS re-install. This will reset the some of settings of the NAS, such as the Internet protocol settings and admin password of the NAS, to default settings.
You may check this link for the procedure on how to do the OS re-install.
The default admin credential of your NAS is:
username: admin
password: password
