Loosing connection to Readynas 312

Have a network with 7 computers running windows 7 through a netgear pro switch.  Keeps loosing access to the Readynas, says unable to connect.  I can access other computers with no problem.

    Hello sp3107,

I suggest to check the cable connection first between the switch and ReadyNAS, make sure the cable is plugged in securely. If you can try another port on the switch, please do. I believe the RN312 has 2 LAN ports, if have both plugged in, unplug one of them.

Please also provide the current firmware version.

    Welcome to the community!

    Regards,

Yes, that is the first thing i did, i replaced both cables that I know worked.  I also changed the network switch.  The NAS is running 6.6.1

JennC is suggesting disconnecting one of the ethernet ports.

What form of NIC bonding are you using?
