Take a look at rsync. It has that functionality.

Above is a How To for NAS to NAS setup. It is for an older version of RAIDiator but it should be close enough to make sense. For the WHS side you probably want to look at DeltaCopy as it is a Windows port of rsync.
I've used this in the past for syncing NAS's between locations.
