So, I upgraded to ML, and now my TM icon has the exclamation mark on it. If I try to manually start the backup I'm told the disk isn't available. If I try to select the backup disk in TM prefs I canno...
I'm having the same setting and the same problem over here. I'm wire-connected to my internal network on which the ReadyNas Pro is. I can acces my old TimeMachine backups and get files from that backup, but can't make new backups as I used to do....
My suggestion is to use a firewire disk for TM backups now, till this issue is resolved.
