Much Ado About ReadyNAS Ultra 4

I'm looking to upgrade the RAM on my Ultra 4 when the transfers are done.
So far, from the forums, I've seen the following 4Gb DDR2 modules to work with the ReadyNAS Ultra 4.
- Patriot 4GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Model PSD24G6672S
- Corsair 4GB DDR2 SODIMM Memory PC2-6400 (800Mhz) Model VS4GSDS800D2
Anyone has had other brands of RAM running well on the Ultra 4?
