My Plex Server app disappeared after installing firmware 6.5.2

Once I loaded firmware 6.5.2 my plexserver app which was already installed disappeared from the list of installed apps. The worst thing is that it also doesn't show in the unistalled app list anymore...

yeah. It always fails to load. This about doing a factory reset. My stuff is backed up to my NV+v2

Mine did load. A log entry showed up in the log before the icon appeared on the apps page:

System: Application plexmediaserver-ros6-binaries-annapurna_1.1.4.2757-24ffd60_armel.deb is installed successfully.

There are dependencies, so you probably do need internet access for the install to work. Do you use a static IP address? If so, maybe check your DNS server configuration.

When you install the app, it can take up to several minutes for it to successfully install the app on the NAS.

Yes. I did already say that, but it is worth emphasizing.

I actually started the install again, because I assumed it wasn't working.
