My ReadyNAS has created a invalid named share that I can't remove or rename. HELP!!!

I'm using RAIDiator Version 4.1.14
Windows 7, Comcast Cable internet service
Is this in the frontview share list? (https://nasname/admin)? Or is it a folder that you see when you access with windows?
There are a couple options:
(a) engage Netgear (either per incident support, or a volunteer here)
(b) Save your data to backup, to a factory reset, and rebuilt the NAS. Painful, but free and certain.
(c) install ssh on the NAS, and use linux commands to explore and problem and delete the folder (or at least empty it). If you don't know basic linux already, this is NOT for you.
It's a folder I see when I access it through Windows.
