Is it powering up? (responsive on the LCD display). If the screen is not lit (or is stuck on ReadyNAS) then it might be the power supply - which can be replaced.
Also, is the NAS running 4.2.x firmware, or have you converted it to run OS-6? Your replacement options depend on the answer.
Note that Netgear hasn't produced ReadyNAS systems for some years now, so any compatible chassis you get will be used. It is possible to offload the files by getting a suitable enclosure and connecting the drives to a linux system (or to a Windows PC if you are willing to pay for RAID recovery software that supports BTRFS).

There is no "LAN board".
Does the display show an IP address? Is the network activity LED lit? Can you ping it's IP? Does RAIDar show it? Have you tried another cable and other ports on the NAS and Router/switch?
