Does the Ultra have dual ethernet ports? Might try the other one (can't hurt to try). Also IF you had recently adjusted settings in the network tab you MAY be able to recover by doing a OS re-install from the boot menu which will reset network settings to defaults (will also reset the password just FYI). Probably safest to do that after removing all your data disks and installing a blank/new or wiped scratch disc.
