You will need to add your Napster/Rhapsody account information on Logitech's MySqueezebox.com site. This site is used to store the credentials of any online music services you may be using in conjunction with your Squeezebox devices. Even if you are connecting through your own local Logitech Media Server on your ReadyNAS, you will still need to put in your Napster/Rhapsody login info on Logitech's site.
