Netgear nas 102 duo OS reinstall reboot change password
RAIDdar all green - Firmware 6.6.1 - hardwarre appears to be working, can ping NAS successfully. Router set NAS to use static IP address.
ISSUE - cannot access ReadCloud or desktop app using configured username & password
To recover the administrator password using an OS reinstall reboot: I visted this web page see link
Instructions state 'For instructions, see the hardware manual for your system, which is available at http://support.netgear.com/product/ReadyNAS-OS6.' Visit https://www.netgear.com/support/product/ReadyNAS_OS_6.aspx#LoginandPassword_CommonTopics and no instructions to be found.
Looked at https://kb.netgear.com/29761/How-do-I-configure-password-recovery-on-my-ReadyNAS-OS-6 again not able to access.
ReadyCloud Password Username recovery options enter email (recovery username) and click recovery button and message appears server encounted internal error was unable to complete request. Don't know password enter username same message.
Orginal setup followed How do I configure password recovery on my ReadyNAS OS 6? https://kb.netgear.com/29761/How-do-I-configure-password-recovery-on-my-ReadyNAS-OS-6 this option has failed.
Create new account error message 'creae new accout 000000000' not helpful.

Look at the other threads, there was an issue with ReadyCLOUD service.
Can you point to where these threads are?
I spent many hours yesterday reading the community site on behalf of Mr Coward and I was unable to find a solid answer. Most articles implied a firmware issue.
