Netgear ReadyNAS & S3 Storage Class ReadyNAS 4312

Hi There - My customer is using Netgear ReadyNAS 4312 to store and sync backup file onto AWS S3. To reduce cost of storage, we are planning to change the S3 storage class from Standard to Standard Infrequent access. The setting changes are complete on the Netgear ReadyNAS admin page under cloud tab. Though I have few points to clarify.

• Is this change applicable for incremental data going forward or will automatically refresh historical data to new storage class as well.
