NETGEAR ReadyNAS 102 2-Bay (RN10200-100NAS) - Ready Cloud shows as Disconnected but it is not

I can easily access my ReadyNAS via my ROKU stick and my LG Smart TV in my room. They are all on the same Wireless network. However, when I sign on to my Ready Cloud to transfer files into the ReadyNAS from my Laptop on the same wireless network or my Office it shows that it is "DISCONNECTED." This has never happened before.  What the hell happened and how can I fix it
