Network share access - windows 8
I just went through the set up process on my new 102 there was an update of the firmware in the process. It's now 6.22 I can browse to the default shares via http readyclould I can connect to...
Your win7 system does have a workgroup (the default name likely is "workgroup"). If you right-click on Computer and click "properties" you'll see it at the bottom of the page (right above "windows activation). I'm not running win8, but you should see it there as well (maybe control panel->system).
On the NAS, the workgroup name is set under "accounts" - select the "authentication" page.
It's helpful to know that readycloud isn't installed (and better not to install it for now).
