Well, I would set the NAS workgroup as described above.
Also, I would check that the Windows network type is set to "private" (or "home" in Win7, though that is working).
I would also try opening a command window (type "cmd" in the windows search bar) and enter

If it works, you should see a T: drive appear in computer.

net use T: \\192.168.0.19 /user:admin
