Hi mperry, I would give back the nas to the seller and ask for a replacement. Depending on who sold it to you and under what circumstances that should be a piece of cake and you will start over your efforts with the replacement hopefully soon having more success.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have talked with the retailer and they have issued an RMA for it. Will be a wait for the replacement as its out of stock but hopefully it will be a good one, fingers crossed!
