- Netgear NIC teaming requires a pro, not an ultra.
There is an add-on that should work though - viewtopic.php?f=48&t=34262 Note I have a pro, so I've never tried it.
If you are a home user you probably won't see any performance gain. Also some teaming modes require switch support. Is your GS108 a smartswitch (GS108T)? - I'm trying to setup NIC teaming as a What If. I'm planning to buy/build a fast PC that might be able to use this.
I have 2x ProPioneers and 1x Ultra6+ with the ProPioneers linked to a GS108tV1. I can't find any tab for NIC teaming in Frontview. Is this because none of my 3 units are deemed to be Pro ?

EDIT : I found the Super Poussin add-on which seems to work OK. Anyone ever had any issues with that ? - The add-on worked well for me. It's missing some teaming features from recent 4.2.x firmware but it works well.
