No email notifications when backups complete
I am running version 6.4.2 on my ReadyNAS 312. I have the email setting set up correctly, and test emails get through just fine.
However, all my backup jobs are set "On completion send: full backup logs" but I still get no email notifications at all when jobs complete. I've tried all three different settings, with manually starting the jobs and I never get an email notification. I've tailed my mail server logs and I can see that no connection ever happens from the ReadyNAS when the backup jobs complete. When I send a test message, of course I see in the mail logs everything is fine, and do get the test emails.
IIRC there were bugs in email notifications a long while ago, but I think they got fixed, although maybe notifications are broken again? Or is there some other setting which controls email notifications on backup job completion?

Possibly the issue is related to including the log.
Try downgrading to "send status and errors". I have one backup job set to that (it confirms that the backup NAS is still operational). I get those emails using 6.5.0-RC3, but also got them with 6.4.2.

NETGEAR Community TeamUnfortunately no. None of the settings causes any emails to be sent upon job completion. I'm tailing my server logs and never see any activity from the ReadyNAS. They are on the same LAN and subnet so there should be nothing preventing it (and as mentioned, the test emails go through just fine).
Is there a log file on the NAS that I can look at that would perhaps give me some more information?
