"No IP Address" after Firmware update

I logged on to readycloud yesterday and it suggested updating the firmware. I clicked "OK", the update seemed to go through fine, but now I cannot find my device on the network and it flashes "No IP Address". I have tried rebooting multiple times and even did a factory reset. Any advice would be appreciated -- we are a small nonprofit and cannot afford expensive support packages.

Thank you,

Phoebe

Did you try both NIC ports?

Assuming yes, you can try directly connecting the NAS to a PC (no switch/router), and then see if RAIDar can detect the NAS.

You can then set a static IP address that is on the same subnet as whatever the NAS fails over to (usually 192.168.168.168), and then try connecting by IP address.  Once in, you can assign a static IP address, and that should at least allow you to connect.

Thank you so much!! I tried that with the IP Address and it did find the device on the RAIDar. However, when I try to go to the IP address for the device and login to set a static IP, it will not accept my login information. Do you have any thoughts for what it might be looking? I've tried the login information I had set up originally with the device as well as generic "admin" "admin" combinations (as I have since done a Factory Reinstall).

I've only had this device for a few months, I can't believe it's having these issues already...

      Thank you very much!

Oh, nevermind! For anyone else having this issue, the default login name is "admin" and the password is "password".
