No success since Backup Exec R3 installed

I installed Backup Exec 2010 R3 at several sites and am no longer able to ReadyNAS Pro 6.
I Installed - RAIDiator 4.2.19
I Installed - RALUS - v13.0.5204.0

When I try to creat a backup job and select the NAS I get:
1) The agent at address <ReadyNASName> cannot be verified. If you wish to continue to connect to this agent ..... Do you wish to trust this agent from the media server?

I then click Yes and get the following error message.

Backup Exec cannot establish a trust relationship with the remote agent becasue of security certificate signing request failure....

None of the tech docs help.

Any Suggestions?
