You might try paid support (my.netgear.com) If you purchased new between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016 you have free lifetime chat support there.

Maybe you want to upvote this "idea": https://community.netgear.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-ReadyNAS/Change-the-incredibly-confusing-error-message-quot-remove/idi-p/1271658
Support is probably you're best bet. If you want me to have a look, download the logs from the GUI, search for md127 in dmesg.log and paste an extract here.

[Fri Jul 14 19:17:04 2017] md/raid:md127: not enough operational devices (2/5 failed)You have mixed capacities drives, 2TB and 3TB, which means you have (at least) two RAID arrays concatenated as a single BTRFS volume.
The NAS attempted to assemble the first RAID array (the base one) and failed as two disks are out of sync.
The NAS attempted to assemble the second RAID array (the secondary one) and failed as two disks are out of sync.
Two drives are out of both RAID arrays, so this is a Data Recovery situation. You should contact NETGEAR Support.
