No write permission on NFS share

I have a NV+ and I have NFS enabled for the default media share.

I have mounted this share in my Unraid server with the mount command:

mount -t nfs 192.168.xxx.xxx:/media /mnt/netgear

I can see the files on this share in Midnight Commander.

But copying files to this share doesnt work.

I get a permission denied error.

Should I set UID or GID with the mount command?
Or.. should I alter certain NFS settings on the NV+

Please help, this is bugging me a lot!

You will need to connect using a UID and GID that matches that on the ReadyNAS. If the UID or GID of the user on your client machine is different then that would most likely be the cause of your problem.

Can you tell me how to do this? Can I set the UID and GID with the mount command I wrote in the OP above?
