Take a look at the network settings on your MAC's to confirm they are all set the same. Could be the router or DNS settings are different (or even the subnet mask if you are not using DHCP) on the machine having problems..

I'm using DHCP and I did check that netmasks, gateways, DNS are all the same.

I don't own macs, so I don't have a lot of advice to offer.
You might want to reset the file and network access on one of the shares (via the NAS web ui) and see if that helps. Turning SMB/AFP off and then on again might also be a good thing to try.
Netgear support probably could help - there are some back-end settings in the NAS that they can change. If you are the original purchaser, and purchased between 1 June 2014 and 31 May 2016 then you have free lifetime chat support. Otherwise they will charge.
