You won't like the answer, but there is no solution because this is not Netgear support (not that Netgear still supports the ReadyNAS line). It's a user-to-user forum, and apparently no user who has your problem has found a solution. I tried to duplicate your problem and could not -- I set up OneDrive access on one of my "sandbox" ReadyNAS and it worked perfectly fine.
One possibility, then, is that you are looking in the wrong direction and this is related to settings for your OneDrive account.
And here is just a wild guess: Could it be that your password contains a problematic character? Try changing the password.

Thanks for the feedback.
I know it's not a Onedrive PW problem since it worked fine until yesterday.
I deleted my sessions as I moved folders around. This automatically switched off the cloud sync. When ready to put the various sessions back the problem appeared and get this errror message and can't see the available folders on Onedrive.
I already made sure to log-out of onedrive, i even unlinked my PC to try to force a new set-up, i does request to confirm the NAS IP address and subsequently shows the page to set-up new sessions.
As noted earlier in this conversation stream by another user, i can create a folder but it does not show in the readyNas set-up, even if it does get created in the onedrive folder.
Only solution i see now is to use OneDrive as Primary and use separate software to sync but purely as backup solution....
Thanks!
