Same issue. I've likewise had OneDrive sync working for years. ReadyNAS Ultra 2 Plus. 6.10.10.

6.10.10 is not very old though. Jan of 2024. I think it's very likely we can get this working if we downgrade our firmware. I couldn't begin to say what version of the firmware I last used to set up OneDrive sync. I think the oldest version we can downgrade to is 6.10.0. That was released in April 2019.

I downgraded to 6.10.6 and then 6.10.0. No different.

Yesterday, I also received the error Unauthorized. It could be invalid user account credential or the app is not allowed to access cloud drive. Stopped syncing with One Drive. Toggling OneDrive off and on just gets a repeat of the message. I tried turning it on on a NAS that has never run it before, and it failed on the step it asks me to verify the NAS IP address (it just closes without doing anything).
Why it hit others earlier and me just now is a mystery.
When I go to the OneDrive settings on my PC, there also now seems to be no way to specify files or folders to back up that are not in the default folders. Files not in those default folders that I previously selected seem to have stopped updating on Jan 19. So, this seems this may be a move on Microsoft's part to limit what one can back up on Onedrive.
