Had exactly the same problem with my new RN10200. Tried a couple of solutions and finally came up with one that works (at least on my system):
- With computer running, shut down the NAS "gracefully": press the on/off button once and then again when it blinks;
- Wait for the NAS to shut down (LEDs off)
- Restart the NAS by pressing the on/of button once
- wait for all LEDs to turn on
- Click the network icon in Windows to rediscover the network devices.
Works for me: hope it does the same for you!
