Not appearing on Win7 Network

Have the same problem on a couple of Windows PCs in a network. Simple workgroup and have put the network mapping in explorer but have done it for both the \\192.... and the \\NASNAME\ variants just in case. Problem not addressed here is that if you want to work with say Excel file on NAS server frequently, the recent files gets mucked up when it can't see the \\NASNAME\.
Not a critical problem here but makes you wary of integrating NAS. For example I use Memeo to save files from the windows PCs and it frequently gets stalled "looking for path".
