NV+ Boot Issues - Weird LED Pattern Case #16319419
I checked out the LED patterns here: http://www.readynas.com/download/docume ... AS-LED.pdf There wasn't a pattern that matched mine, so I'm hoping someone can lead me in the right direction for this...
Yeah, being I can't shut down after power on, I can't hold it for 5 seconds and get any of the checks to work, I really can't do anything. How will support go about determining that? Will they send me new hardware upon that conclusion? Do you know how long it will take, I'm a photographer and all my RAW photos are stored on the NAS (for redundancy) and right now I'm dead in the water.
