NV+ Boot Issues - Weird LED Pattern Case #16319419

There wasn't a pattern that matched mine, so I'm hoping someone can lead me in the right direction for this.
When I turn the power button on, Disk 1 LED blinks 2 times slowly, then All LEDs blink and Power Button 3 times fast.
Please tell me there is something I can do, all my data is there and not backed up.

- I'm on an older beta firmware, for the Mac Lion support, should I try to update the firmware to the newest, can this be done from the state my NAS is in? Like maybe from a USB drive or something?
- I would suggest you do nothing to your system till tech support requests it.
- They replied back and have issued a RMA, so hopefully I'll be back up and running soon.

I just got my RMA ReadyNAS NV+, and its working, but I noticed that I forgot my 1GB upgraded memory stick in my defective unit, and sent it back to Netgear.
Now I have just 256MB again, is there any way to recover that memory stick? I've opened a new case with this question but was wondering if there was a faster way to try to get it back?
I shipped the unit which should have arrived to Netgear on Tuesday.
Please tell me I don't have to buy another one!
