NV+ Connection Issues (Case #19275695)
Hello, I'm having issues connecting to my NV+ via CIFS. It's been working fine for the past two years, but suddenly stopped working a week ago. In Frontview the three hard drives show up as 0MB (0%) of 0MB used (although the front display shows the proper disk usage on boot). Under Status > Health everything checks out fine with green circles and "OK" under status. For more information, the three drives are 2TB Western Digital Green drives:
Ch : WDC WD20EARS-00MVWB0 [8 MB]
Ch : WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 [8 MB]
Ch : WDC WD20EARS-22MVWB0 [8 MB]
I would post the logs, but when I go to Status > Logs, it says "No logs exist". Please help! I need to fix without losing any data. Is buying a new NV+ and swapping in the drives a viable option?
