I don't have an answer for you, but some advice; whatever you do while waiting for an answer, do not remove or add any drives to the NAS while it is on.
I think if your volume was redundant then you should be able to get your volume back if you can figure out the order. In fact I thought that disk order did not matter unless a volume was degraded. Was your volume ok before you replaced the power supply?
Are all the disks the same model?
Do you have a downloaded copy of the entire log? I think mdstat.log may have information about the disks in the array.
