NV+ failed to boot, volume not found after OS reinstall.
Hi. I've got an NV+ that stopped booting, stuck in "Booting..." with disk 4 and power led pulsating. TFTP recovery did not help, but holding down the reset button for 5 secs to reinstall OS had...
Try the TFTP boot back to 4.x and then see if you are able to recover it.
