My biggest concern there is the 6 bay limitation. Looking at Nexenta If you want something close to the Community Edition licensed max of 18TB you would need most of those bays for zpool. For better performance though wouldn't you want at least one L2ARC? I'm guessing at least one for ZIL? If there was an expansion chassis available for the Pro it would make it much easier though I'm not clear if it is unwise to use expanders or port multipliers.
To be safe my Nexenta box is starting with 16 internal drive bays with an option for 20 more. :D
