OS6 now works on x86 Legacy WARNING: NO NTGR SUPPORT!
Update: It is now unofficially possible using NTGR images to update legacy hardware to os6.X See Post #3, for directions to install 6.2.1 on x86 Ultra and Pro Models. (ARM NOT SUPPORTED by this OS) ...

The Pro6 will "never" have an expansion bay, as there is only USB2.0 support.
The new 516 line has eSATA and there have been hints at a 5 bay expansion box.
os6 and whatever updates NTGR pushes, will probably be the end of the line for Pro6. I am just glad we were able to take advantage of os6 albeit unsupported.
Pro6 Max (using 4gb drives) is 18.6TB under Raid5

Then the Pro6 Max will be 23.3TB under Raid5
20TB is plenty for me, and if my needs are ever greater than that, maybe it is time for a ReadyData unit.
