mdgm and I have decided that its time to lock this thread. So please do post any new OS6 on Legacy issues on their own threads.

If that doesn't it's possible your OS partition may be full or that something went wrong during the update.
Did you have any add-ons installed?
There is now a volume read-only boot option that has replaced the skip volume check boot option from earlier OSes. See http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu
You may be able to recover your data using the volume read-only boot option.
Dear mdgm,
Thanks for your reply!
1.) What would cause the OS Partition to become full? I have no idea what the status of the OS Partition was prior to attempting the update. I do know that the Data Partition was a tad less than 33%. . .
2.) NO. No Add-ons whatsoever. Matter of fact, I was planning to remove the Plex and Photo's Apps as soon as I figured out exactly how to do that :D
3.) I will look into the "volume read-only boot option" you mentioned above
4.) Would you please post a link (if there is one) for the OS Re-install procedures appropriate for my particular situation?
Edit: Please disregard #4 above. I just performed the OS-Reinstall from the boot menu. Unfortunately, it did not help :(
Any other suggestions? Is an OS reinstall from USB an option, or should I just go with the factory reset and cut my losses?
Thank you VERY much (in advance)!
