OS6 now works on x86 Legacy WARNING: NO NTGR SUPPORT!
Update: It is now unofficially possible using NTGR images to update legacy hardware to os6.X See Post #3, for directions to install 6.2.1 on x86 Ultra and Pro Models. (ARM NOT SUPPORTED by this OS) ...

Last night I tried to upgrade my Pro from 4.2.26 to 6.1.7 using the three step procedure.
The only difference was that I first did a factory default on 4.2.26, that worked then I used the modified package for the update. In Raidar I could see it was updating after that was completed, it now indicates 6.1.7 there.
However on the frontpanel on the Pro it still says "Booting... Disk added" and the WebGui doesn't work. I guess it's stuck in a boot procedure.
Any idea's :(
