Should I do this with or without drives installed? They are new drives, not the 4.2.x drives.
In another thread, it was recommended to reboot with 1 redundant drive, then add the 2nd.
With 3 4TB drives (and then a 4th for dual redundancy) how long should this take to build the volume?
