Yes I did look at them. So your checksums were wrong, and but the data itself was fine. btrfs scrub could not fix the checksum errors. btrfs check fixed the errors with the volume off line.
You are correct in thinking that the NAS does a simple btrfs scrub when you do the frontview scrub. At least top shows the command as "btrfs scrub start /volume"
