I just upgraded a ReadyNAS Pro 6 from 6.2.4 to 6.4. After reboot, the admin Page shows the System Status as "Dead" as shown below

The system seems to be up and running with the exception of the system fan as shown below:

The fan was working fine with OS 6.2.4 and comes on during reboot, so I dont think it is a hardware problem.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? Also, I was going to restore back to OS 6.2.4 but I received an error that I couldnt go back to an older version. Is it no longer possible to go back to older versions of OS 6?

Thanks Petermac. Installing fancontrol resolved the problem!
