Directories exist on the disk of NAS disappear from view on PCs and Macs, but on the side Broswer in administrative nas there. We tested the network, we have replaced the switch, and tried to connect nas directly to your computer, but does not change anything. Unfortunately there are constant problems but random, and we have difficulty diagnose.
I settled for backup as the post, I can understand if the bachup in usb disk was exactly the same as nas, removing deleted files on nas and replace changed files.
