Super-Poussin's rsnapshot addon does not disable its cron jobs when you select "disable" from the Frontview addon screen. If the error messages bother you, you can remove the addon or manually remove the cron jobs.
The behavior you're reporting can be caused by (among other things) a full OS partition. What is the output of this command?
