Plex Updated and lost my liberys...but

Another possibility is that you are using flexraid, and named the volume something else.
Assuming the volume is called data, then open CMD and enter
net use * /delete
net use t: \\ip-of-nas\data /user:admin nas-admin-password
That should mount "data" as drive letter t.

Wow, I take that back... The command was completed successfully, however it was not mounted on computer or to the T Drive.

The command assumes that T isn't used for anything else. If that's not the case, you need to substitute a different drive letter.
Do you have any internet security software running on the Windows PC?
