I thought it might be interesting to see what kind of performance everyone is getting with IO Meter so that we can compare what we're getting. So I thought we could all post our results in this thread...

4x Seagate ST3750640AS 698 GB ; 93% filled
Disk write cache: ENABLED
Journaling: ALL DISABLED
Fast CIFS Writes: ON
1 Seq Read 256K: 16.411689 MBps
