Realtek RTL8169 (On-board NIC)
-Tx/Rx Checksum Offload Disabled (improved read and write results by 4 MBps, and CPU utilization only increased by .5%)
-Flow Control Enabled
-Jumbo Frames Enabled (7000 MTU max)
-Large Send Offload Disabled (disabling this was key to improving read results by nearly 20 MBps)

Read: 34.76672 MBps
Write: 41.185671 MBps
