Power Plugged In - Dead ReadyNas NV+
Hi all Just back from holiday and plugged in ReadyNas NV+ (RND4000) , heard a "pop" and now nothing. No sounds... no lights... nowt!! Checked the plug and everything ok.Is there an internal fuse...

It likely has a 3 year warranty, so if you joined the forum around your purchase data you should contact Netgear immediately at support.netgear.com.
It sounds like a failed PSU to me. I think there are some fuse links on the system board, hopefully they are still ok.
Replacement PSUs are expensive, if you can't get a warranty replacement it is possible to modify a standard ATX power supply to work. However, the modified PSU is unlikely to fit in the chassis.
