Private Folder

I just purchased the ReadyNAS 312 for home use. After creating an additional user, I saw that the NAS unit created a private folder, which I was able to access on the network. However, I was not able to access the private folder through ReadyCloud. So, I ended up deleting the user and recreating the same user. The issue I now have is the private folder is not accessible through two of my mac computers on the network. Not sure what the issue is but could use a little guidance.

You can only see the private folder if you log in with that user's credentials. Apparently you are not doing that.

One option is to turn "home folders" off all together, and to create an ordinary share (perhaps with reduced permissions).
