Pro Support

Hi,

I've been trying to find out more about Pro Support 24x7 for a pair of ReadyNAS NV+ used for a business application. However, the links to purchase from the support pages doen't appear to work.

What level of support do these guys provide? Is it the same as the 3rd level guys who if engaged on a standard support case gain remote access into the NAS to perform diagnostics / fixes.
