Problem with Firmware upgrade

I did buy/install the PHP addon (should've compiled from source really) and everything worked fine until the upgrade. I had the nasmon type addons reporting properly and things only went pear shaped after the firmware upgrade. Previous to the upgrade I did look at the processes and there were lots of apache instances, the init.d/apache2 calls for apache2ctl which is missing:

From /etc/init.d/apache2:
