Try the following:
Under "Shares\Shares Listing\CIFS\Advanced Options" clicking the check box next to "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems." then clicking Apply. This will reset the permissions on the folders and show allow you access to them again.
